UPDATE 001: Site is live, please report to Calliope or Kintra if you experience any issues. - Senkora

If you have access to this site, then you already know a lot about our company and what it's here to do. But for the sake of appearances, I suppose my time will be best spent giving you a company breakdown anyway, just so our main page isn't so barren. In which case...

WELCOME TO THE AUSPICIOUS MAYHEM.

Once only the name of this hulking space craft, the AM's namesake comes from a very simple concept. Auspicious, meaning successful or in relation to success and mayhem, representing disorder and anarchy. In other words, were you to simplify the title of our company it would be "Productive Chaos." It's quite fitting, isn't it? Most people wouldn't understand the concept- they'd throw out a word like oxymoron and be on with their life, but that's why most people aren't allowed to touch the deck you're on with a ten foot pole. You are an elite kind of weird, to put it bluntly. A needle in a haystack of oddities. One might even call you an anomaly.

And for many of you, that descriptor would be frightfully accurate.

The Auspicious Mayhem's company mission is simple: collect and harness as much of the strange, anomalous magical energies swimming around in this great big galaxy. You already know where it comes from- the rifts that have been opening up in the sky for some time now. Each rift comes with its own consequences- and those consequences are what we seek to both understand, minimize, and put to better use for our and everyone's collective futures.

Does that work for a company mission statement? Let's stop pretending you're new here, now.
At the end of the day, there is still so much that we have no way of knowing. For many of us, it is frightening. For others, maybe it is even exciting. For me, well... I would consider it a mixed bag. Sometimes I wonder if the anomalies we collect have minds of their own, twisting and breathing like a real living humanoid. Other times, I view them as they are: magic. Unexplainable until you find the science you can connect underneath all of it. Whatever the case is (whatever we may view it as or not view it as) anomalies are a part of our every day, now. And truth be told, with how much the frequency has grown- its a part of many planets every day, as well. Even if they haven't got a name for it.

All that is to say, Collectors, you're doing good and honest work here. Don't scoff, it's true. And for that good, honest work I feel that it is only fair that I and the other captains of the ship are a bit more forthcoming with our studies and the ship's underbelly. As a result, we have collaborated to make this website. Click around on the links on the left, and maybe you'll learn something about our company you didn't know before. Have fun.

And truly, thank you for being here. - Senkora.
